Important Dates In December

Friday 2nd December

Indoor training in National Indoor Arena for those born in 2012 & older.

Start time is little earlier than normal 18:30 to 19:30 while those looking to practice high jump should arrive at 18:00.

Sunday 4th December

Keane competes on the Dublin team at the All-Ireland Cross Country in Cork

Club Run and/or Hill Sprints are on in Fr Collins Park, 10:00 to 10:30 for 2013 & older

Wednesday 7th December

Club Training as normal in Donaghmede Park

Friday 9th December

Indoor training in National Indoor Arena at the normal time, 19:30 to 21:00. Ages 2012 & older.

Saturday 10th December

Day 2 of the Leinster Athletics Academy. The coaching team will be in touch with the athletes directly, regarding this.

Sunday 11th December

Final Round of Dublin Cross Country League is on in Tymon Park. Distances are much shorter than Championship and its for all ages from u9 (2014) upwards. Please confirm entry in this link here.

There will be Hill Sprints in Fr Collins Park also for those not doing cross-country.

Wednesday 14th December

Club Training as normal in Donaghmede Park

u12 (2011): 600m

u14 (2009, 2010): 800m

u16 (2007, 2008): 800m.

Sunday 18th December

Chocolate Santa Dash and Athlete Awards, Fr Collins Park 10:00 – 11:00
