Day 5 of Dublin Indoors, 2009 – 2014. It’s relays day. Parents will be contacted with full details.

Our older athletes, U15-U19, opened their Indoors Championships this weekend in NIA. Seven athletes in total competed and all athletes returned with at least one PB and the squad returned home with four medals.

Marianne continued her super start to the 2023 season with a gold in the High Jump, silver in the Long Jump and 4th place in the 60m hurdles. She qualifies for the All-Irelands in April now in these three events.

Also punching their tickets to the All-Irelands were Aaron and Karlo in the U16 and U17 Shot Putt. Aaron saved his best throws for the business end, moving into the bronze medal position with a massive PB in his last throw while Karlo had a club debut to remember with a silver medal perfromance.

The Girls u15 squad were out in force across the 60m, Long Jump and High Jump with Ciara, Kate, Meabh and Mia all claiming PBs in the Long Jump.

Well done to the athletes, their coaches and parents for supporting them all the way.
