After three action packed days at the All-Ireland Indoors, Clongriffin athletes can walk away proud after a great championship.

No coveted All-Ireland medals were won but in the end we had five finalists.

Marianne was busy competing across three events on Days 2 and 3 with the highlight her 6th place in the Long Jump. She was also 12th in the High Jump and 14th in the hurdles.

Sarah also competed in three events plus a relay and had three Top 8 finishes in the Hurdles, Long Jump and relay as well as an 11th in the Shot Putt.

Ella also had a final spot in the Long Jump as well as the relay while Ava and Sophie completed the quartet in the relay. Sophie was also just outside the final of the hurdles, finishing 10th.

The boys, Aaron and Karlo, both got PBs in their Shot Putt events finishing 9th and 10th respectively.

After a short break over the Easter, all athletes will now turn their attention to the outdoor season.
