*2014 & 2015 are competing in a Spraoi Match in Raheny (age coaches will have been in touch).

Friday:
Training on the Track in ALSAA for 2013 & Older at 19:00 to 20:00. Includes Sprints & Long Jump. Note this will be for 2014 & 2015 in the coming weeks also.
Sunday:
Fr Collins Park, 10:00 – 10:45. 2013 & Older.
Sprints, Middle Distance, Shot Putt & Turbo Javelin
