Wednesday:

Donaghmede Park

2013 – 2016: 18:30 – 19:15

2012 & Older: 19:30 – 20:15

Note: those doing Shot Putt at Dublin Indoors will be able to practice.

Friday:

Training is across two venues:

Trinity Sports & Leisure Centre: Relay practice for 2013 & 2014. 19:00 – 19:45

National Indoor Arena: Competition Practice for 2010, 2011 & 2012 only. This session is limited to athletes competing in individual events at Dublin Indoors.

2009 & older are competing on Saturday / Sunday so there its a rest day

Saturday:

Day 1 of Dublin Indoors, 2009 & older. Parents will be contacted with full details.

Sunday:

Day 2 of Dublin Indoors, 2009 & older. Parents will be contacted with full details.

Training for 2013 & older in Fr Collins Park at 10:00. Finishes at 10:45.
