2009-2012: Relays Practice for all athletes part of Relay Squads at the Dublin Indoors.

Confirmation of relay squads will be sent to Parents this week. Note, specific teams aren’t confirmed yet and athletes will train and practice as part of their wider age group squad. Example, if there is 8 in a squad, this will eventually be two teams of 4 on race day but for training purposes all 8 members will train and practice together.

Note, the following Friday there will be Relays Practice in Trinity Hall for 2013-2014.

Sunday:

Spraoi Match for 2015 & 2016 in Trinity Hall. Starts at 10:30, finishes at 11:15

Training for 2013 & older. Meet at the Trinity Hall at 10:00. Finishes at 11:00.
