Week 8: Weekly Update

Week Beginning: 17/10/22

Wednesday:

No Training This Wednesday as Club AGM is on.

Friday:

Fr Collins 18:00-18:45 (2013 & Older Only).

This is running training for those looking to compete in cross-country but also improve overall health & fitness for running events such as Sprints & Hurdles.

Sunday:

Club Run is back on Fr Collins at 10:00 – 10:45. For 2013 and older with options of a 1.4k / 2.8k / 4.2k / 5.6k run.
