Running for his school, St Fintans, there was a big win for Danny Davis yesterday in the Leinster School Cross-Country Championships in the Phoenix Park. A strong run from the front saw Danny come home two seconds clear of his nearest challengers.
Danny will now go on to compete in the All-Ireland Schools Cross-Country in Galway in March.
Also competing yesterday and fresh from her 60m sprint silver at the Dublin Championships was Evie Grace. She finished in the Top 25, showing an impressive range to cover from short sprints to cross-country.
